“Child Language Acquisition”

Our role as teachers is very important for the community development.  There's a wide range of things, resources and tools available to help all the teachers in several contexts. Therefore, there are many reasons to teach our children a second language. This must be focused on communication. I want to remain you some ideas of  Noam Chomsky, who  believes that children are born with an inherited ability to learn any human language. He also believes that every child has a ‘language acquisition device’ which encodes the major principles of a language and its grammatical structures into the child’s brain. It means children learn new vocabulary and apply structures to make sentences in a natural way.
Watch this video and please answer these questions according to it. At the end we are going to discuss your answers.

Fairy and Folk tales
According to known writers, Fairy tales are a subgenre of Folk tales and both almost always involve some element of magic and good triumphing over evil. It’s important to notice that if there's a fairy in the story, it's a fairy tale. Fairy tales include stories which have a moral and a clearly symbolic underlying structure. It has a message relating to attitudes maintained between magic and the marvelous fairies. To talk about Folk tales, we must have their origins in what we call the oral tradition. This means the story was first passed down orally by storytellers. Folktales (or folklore) are defined as "stories that grow out of the lives and imaginations of people, or folk." They eventually were written down, which is why you're able to read them in a book now, but they weren’t written down first.  Remember Folk and Fairy tales are instructive; they have a teaching, particularly for children.

  15. The truth is that folk tales are very similar to fairy tales, I think one of the differences would be the imaginary characters that appear in fairy tales and folk tales that always lead us to teach us a lesson, while in fairy tales, it creates an imaginary world where the characters have unrealistic skills, but that the end of the day for children is the most wonderful in the world and these characters often end up as their idols.
